Oil-free compression: non-lubricated air compressor uses water as lubrication and cooling medium, avoiding the contact between oil and compressed air and ensuring the purity of compressed air.
Water-gas separation: equipped with an efficient water-gas separator to effectively remove moisture from the compressed air and ensure the dryness of the compressed air.
Multi-stage cooling: due to the lack of oil cooling, non-lubricated compressors are usually equipped with pre-coolers, intercoolers, and aftercoolers to perform multi-stage cooling of compressed air to achieve the specified exhaust temperature.
Excellent shaft seal: a shaft seal with excellent performance is used on the rotor shaft to prevent lubricating oil from leaking into the compressed air and ensure oil-free compression effect.
High-precision machining: the rotor adopts precision gear matching and high-precision machining technology to ensure that the male and female rotors mesh without direct contact.
